Returns Policy for Orders Shipped to the United Kingdom

Customers in the UK may initiate returns within 30 calendar days* from the date of order receipt (counting the day of delivery). To request a return, please send an email to info@nodlang.com (on business days from 09:00 to 14:30, London time - Europe) with your purchase details and your desire to return the product before the return period expires. Additionally, both the products and their packaging must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, with the original seal, and without any damage or alterations of any kind. Shipping labels must be affixed to an extra outer packaging, never directly on the products.

• If, within 45 calendar days from the date of order receipt and if the reasons for non-receipt are unrelated to Nodlang, we do not receive the products, we will not be able to process the refund.

For other destinations within the European Union, the return period is 14 calendar days, and the maximum delivery receipt period is 30 calendar days. Returns are not allowed for orders placed outside the European Union.

To open a return case, it is necessary to keep the original packaging as well as the shipping label, as a photograph of these elements will be required. We will also request a photograph of all received products along with the label and shipping packaging. Products intended for return must be in perfect condition, and if there is packaging with a seal, it must not have been removed or altered.

RETURNS:

• If the reason for return is due to a defect or wrong product, Nodlang will cover the return shipping costs.

• If the return is not due to a defect or wrong product, payments made will be refunded except for shipping costs.

In this case, returns can be processed as follows:

United Kingdom: Returns will be handled through Royal Mail's Return service at a cost of £3.95. The customer should request the return via info@nodlang.com, and we will provide the label for the return. Once received, the customer should visit the nearest Royal Mail office and request label printing.

REST OF THE EUROPEAN UNION: The cost is equivalent to the shipping price and varies based on weight and dimensions. Please inquire about prices and availability. Returns are not accepted for shipments outside of the European Union. Exchanges are not offered. If you wish to change the size or a similar adjustment, please proceed with the return and place a new order.
